Where is Eaton headquarters located?

Eaton's headquarters location has a dual structure due to its corporate reorganization. Its global operational headquarters, where most senior executives are based and where day-to-day management occurs, is located in Beachwood, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, USA, at 1000 Eaton Boulevard, Beachwood, Ohio 44122. This location has been Eaton's main headquarters for many decades and houses its leadership team, engineering centers, and corporate functions. However, its legal headquarters and official domicile since 2012 is in Dublin, Ireland, at 30 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, following its acquisition of Cooper Industries. Eaton reincorporated as Eaton Corporation plc in Ireland for tax and corporate structure reasons, which is common for many US multinationals. For all practical purposes, including jobs, business operations, and where it is managed from, Eaton is considered headquartered in Beachwood, Ohio, and it is listed on the New York Stock Exchange as an American company. When people refer to Eaton headquarters in business news, they typically mean the Beachwood, Ohio location, which is where its Chairman and CEO and executive leadership team work, while the Dublin address is its registered legal headquarters for corporate filings.
