Brandon Silverstein attended high school in Tenafly, New Jersey, where he began booking talent and promoting independent events in New York City. He later enrolled as a freshman at Indiana University, where he co-founded an international touring electronic dance music festival. During his senior year of college, he made the decision to drop out of his studies to pursue a full-time career in professional music management and entertainment entrepreneurship, eventually founding S10 Entertainment and leading Avex Music Group.
