Out of the Park Baseball launched its very first iteration back in 1999, created independently by founder Markus Heinsohn as a text-based baseball simulation game. Over more than two decades of continuous annual development, the franchise evolved from a niche shareware project into the gold standard of sports management simulation, eventually joining forces with Com2uS to expand its global multi-platform footprint.
