The DePaul University men's basketball program's last appearance in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament occurred back in 2004. Since that postseason run, the program has experienced a lengthy drought, navigating coaching changes and fierce competition within the high-major Big East Conference while striving to rebuild its roster, recapture its historic competitive edge, and earn another coveted automatic or at-large bid back to the March Madness tournament field.
