Central Michigan University has produced several talented basketball players who successfully advanced to the National Basketball Association. The most famous and accomplished NBA alumni from CMU include Dan Majerle, a three-time NBA All-Star and elite perimeter sharpshooter who starred for the Phoenix Suns, and Chris Kaman, a dominant 7-foot center who earned an NBA All-Star selection during a long, productive professional career.
