Mylan N.V. no longer trades independently under its historical ticker symbol. Following a massive cross-border corporate transaction and strategic combination with Upjohn (the former Pfizer off-patent established medicines division), the combined global pharmaceutical enterprise was officially renamed Viatris Inc. and now trades publicly on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol VTRS.
