B. Riley Financial, Inc. officially changed its corporate name to BRC Group Holdings, Inc., adopting BRC as a direct nod to its original founding name, B. Riley & Co, which was commonly referred to as BRC when established in 1997. Despite the corporate rebrand and restructuring, the company retained its familiar Nasdaq stock ticker symbol RILY for its common shares.
