Vizio Holding Corp. (formerly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol VZIO) is no longer actively traded as an independent public equity. Following the finalization of its all-cash acquisition by Walmart valued at approximately $2.3 billion ($11.50 per share), the company was taken private, and its public stock listing was officially delisted from the exchange.
