The ALICO Building is a historic twenty-two-story skyscraper located in the heart of downtown Waco, Texas, originally constructed in 1911 for the Amicable Life Insurance Company. Designed by the prominent architectural firm Sanguinet and Staats, it holds the prestigious distinction of being the oldest skyscraper still standing in Texas.
