CRB-701 (also known as SYS6002) is a next-generation, highly stable antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets Nectin-4 expression on the surface of solid tumor cells. Licensed from CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical, the therapy delivers a potent cytotoxic payload directly to cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, including oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, and urothelial cancers, and has been granted Fast Track designations by the FDA.
