TinyCo, the San Francisco-based mobile video game studio founded in 2009 that developed popular licensed mobile titles such as Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff and Marvel Avengers Academy, was acquired in July 2016 by Jam City, a major mobile entertainment and casual game publisher. Following the acquisition, TinyCo continued operating as a subsidiary studio integrated within Jam City's broader mobile gaming network.
