The three F's of interior design traditionally refer to function, flow, and feeling (or alternatively, floor plan, finishes, and fixtures). Function focuses on how a room serves its designated purpose and meets everyday living needs; flow governs the smooth physical movement and spatial transition between rooms; and feeling establishes the emotional atmosphere, comfort level, and aesthetic harmony achieved through lighting, textures, colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangement.
