Suncorp Bank is not closing down operations, but its independent corporate existence has ended following its official multi-billion-dollar acquisition by the ANZ Group. While the standalone Suncorp Bank brand has been absorbed, retail banking services, branches, and customer accounts are being progressively integrated and transitioned over to ANZ banking systems and platforms under agreed regulatory terms.
