Paloma Rheem Holdings successfully completed its strategic acquisition of Fujitsu General Limited, acquiring the air conditioning business and integrating it into the Paloma Rheem family of companies. Following the completion of this major international transaction and the approval of regulatory antitrust authorities, the acquired business was subsequently renamed to GENERAL Inc. to operate alongside Paloma and Rheem within the unified global heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and water heating corporate portfolio.
