Kraus is a very reputable brand, but it is generally not considered equal to Moen in terms of long-term mechanical durability and universal industry trust. Moen maintains an elite reputation for bulletproof internal cartridge design, standardized replacement parts, and legendary customer service that plumbers rely on blindly. Kraus offers fantastic modern styling, solid brass construction, and great value, but its faucet lines occasionally trail Moen in long-term reliability and widespread local plumbing supply availability.
