No, Goodman is not manufactured by Carrier. Goodman Manufacturing is an entirely separate, independent major HVAC brand that operates as a flagship subsidiary of Daiki Applied / Daikin Industries, one of the largest global heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration corporations in the world. While Carrier operates under its own corporate parent (Carrier Global Corporation) alongside sister brands like Bryant and Payne, Goodman manufactures its own distinct lineup of budget-friendly residential and commercial HVAC equipment primarily out of its massive facility in Waller, Texas.
