CCL Industries has signed a binding purchase agreement to acquire Advanced Safety Technologies, widely known as ALT Technologies, which is a specialized provider of covers, wraps, and seals for automotive airbags alongside durable labels for industrial sectors. The transaction, structured as a debt-free, all-cash purchase valued at approximately thirty-two million US dollars, received clearance following customary regulatory procedures and is slated for final closing provisions. This strategic move integrates ALT's manufacturing facilities across Europe, Asia, and North America into CCL Design's newly formed Automotive Safety business unit.
