Pouring a stem wall foundation requires a multi-step construction process. First, excavate trenches below the frost line and pour a reinforced concrete footer. Once cured, erect wood or metal wall forms on top of the footer, placing vertical and horizontal steel rebar grids inside. Pour high-quality concrete into the forms, vibrate to eliminate air pockets, let it cure, strip the forms, apply waterproof coatings, and install anchor bolts.
