Fixing a leaky faucet completely without any tools is generally not possible, as you at least need a screwdriver or hex key to remove the handle and access the internal valve assembly. However, you can temporarily slow down an active drip without tools by firmly tightening the faucet handle or pushing down on the spout aerator if it is loose. For a permanent fix, basic hand tools are required. Verification: Check whether the drip slows down or stops after manual tightening.
