Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund successfully executed a secondary share sale involving exactly 48 million shares of the Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company, which represents approximately 3.3 percent of the enterprise's total share capital. The transaction was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering priced at 19.8 Saudi Riyals per share, raising over 950 million Riyals in total proceeds. This strategic divestment was designed to broaden the company's institutional investor base, increase its public free float on the domestic exchange, and recycle capital into new domestic development projects in line with national economic diversification objectives.
