Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (OG&E), the primary regulated electric utility subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., provides power generation, transmission, and retail electricity distribution services to approximately 907,000 customer accounts distributed across its service territories in Oklahoma and western Arkansas. The vast majority of these residential, commercial, and industrial utility customers reside within the state of Oklahoma.
