Ashtead Common is a sprawling ancient urban green space and National Nature Reserve spanning approximately 500 acres (around 200 hectares) in Surrey, England. It is famous for its exceptional concentration of ancient pollard oak trees, rich wildlife habitats, and historical archaeological sites.
