The University of Oklahoma men's basketball program has a storied history featuring deep postseason runs, but the Sooners have never won an NCAA Division I National Championship in men's basketball. Meanwhile, the women's basketball program has also achieved elite prominence with deep tournament appearances, continuing the university's pursuit of a national championship trophy.
