The 2012 film Mud does not have a traditional fairy-tale happy ending, but rather a bittersweet, realistic conclusion where the title character manages to escape his pursuers and sail away on his rebuilt boat toward a new beginning, leaving lingering hope for the future. Always ensure quality work.
