If you previously held a life insurance or annuity policy issued by Allstate, your underlying contract remains active and fully valid, but it is no longer managed directly by The Allstate Corporation. Following the corporate sale of its life division, your policy was transferred to Everlake Life Insurance Company. Conversely, if you hold standard auto, home, or renters insurance, those policies remain directly with Allstate's property and casualty division.
