Homeline and QO breakers are both manufactured by Square D (owned by Schneider Electric), but they are entirely different products and are not interchangeable. Homeline breakers are residential-grade devices built in a standard 1-inch wide format with gray housings. QO breakers are premium industrial-grade devices built in a compact 3/4-inch format featuring visual trip indicator windows. They utilize completely different mounting clips and bus bar interfaces, meaning they cannot be mixed or swapped.
