No, genuine Federal Pacific Electric Stab-Lok breakers are no longer made, as Federal Pacific Electric Company went out of business in the 1980s after safety scandals and lawsuits over its failure to trip. The original FPE breakers have not been manufactured for over 40 years and are not UL listed or available from the original manufacturer. However, some aftermarket companies like Connecticut Electric manufacture replacement breakers that are marketed as compatible replacements for Federal Pacific Stab-Lok panels under brands like UBI, UBITBA, or Connecticut Electric, and these are sold on Amazon and at some electrical supply houses. Electricians and safety experts strongly advise against using these aftermarket breakers because they do not fix the underlying problems with Federal Pacific panels, including damaged bus bars, poor connections, and panels that allow breakers to appear off while still energized, and testing shows even replacement breakers may not trip reliably. The only safe and code-compliant solution recommended by electricians, home inspectors, and insurance companies is to replace the entire Federal Pacific panel with a modern panel from Square D, Eaton, or Siemens, rather than trying to replace individual breakers. So original FPE breakers are not made, and aftermarket replacements are not considered safe.
